Shop from every home currently for sale on the open market. Your breeze agent guides you through the search the same way we would for any buyer. Because to us, you are.

Berry-Rock Homes purchases the home you choose and leases it to you. Your payments are reported to all three credit bureaus, helping you build toward mortgage eligibility while you live in the home you already picked out.
STEP 5
When you are ready, you buy the home back with a mortgage. On your timeline, with your breeze agent in your corner the whole way.
